I taught for six year before returning to school for my masters degree in choral education from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, which I will finish this May, 2014.
Teaching philosophy and approach to teaching
When teaching I find it extremely important to make sure I teach to each student. No two students are the same, therefore the approach needs to be different for each. Being able to explain things in multiple ways is necessary. I am very encouraging with my students and make it a priority to help them see and reach their full potential.
